The national cocktail of Backdoor Bodega (if we were a tiny independent country) — the Kelapa Hotak was the concoction that inspired and eventually led to the formation of Backdoor Bodega back in 2016, and remains our best-selling drink til today.
Coconut fat-washed rum, homemade pandan syrup, clarified coconut custard
Product Specifications:
• Volume: 100ml
• Stir with ice until well-chilled (15~20 seconds) before serving
• Serve in chilled rocks glass with a large cubed ice, garnished with pandan leaf
